The Rose Stoudt Difference:  Transformative Manual Therapies
Many people can have results from Neurostructural Integration within the first session, but more often it's common for people to need 5-10 therapy sessions to achieve the goal level of health and balance.

While researching the Bowen Technique, originated by Tom Bowen of Australia, I found Michael Nixion–Livy of Victoria, Australia, who put together a more complete form of the Bowen technique called Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST). I completed basic and advanced courses, including Nixon-Livy's case study requirement, and became certified in the technique March 1999.

Having studied and practiced both approaches to Tom Bowen’s brilliant work, I find the NST approach superior to the BowTech/Bowen Work. That said there are methods and principles from both approaches that I continue to utilize in my practice. Clients receiving the work would not know the differences between the methods unless they studied them.
What is Neurostructural Integration Therapy?
Neurostructural Integration with Rose Stoudt of Seattle WA
Neurostructural Integration (NST) offers fast and effective relief for back, neck, shoulder, wrist, knee, and ankle pain.  It works well with injuries from accidents and sports and can be applied to any condition and any age group.  It can give the body increased energy levels and better health.
The method causes deep relaxation for the client as the muscles, nervous system, organs and glandular systems correct.  Many people can have results within the first session, but it is more common for people to need 5-10 sessions as a common sequence.
